Nathalie Moss is a Senior Client Support Specialist with Full Circle Insurance Solutions and Full Circle Financial Group, where she provides operational and client service support across both the employee benefits and financial services divisions. As the firm's longest-tenured team member, she brings extensive knowledge of internal processes, client needs, and the day-to-day operations that help keep the organization running smoothly.
Nathalie is a licensed Financial Advisor also, holding her Life and Health, Series 6 and 65 licenses. She began her career with MassMutual in 2014. In 2021, she transitioned to Full Circle. Over the past four years, Nathalie has become a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to help others, she plays an important role in supporting client relationships while also serving as a mentor and go-to resource for members of the support team.
Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Nathalie is proud to serve clients throughout the Hampton Roads community she has always called home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Thomas, and their blended family of six children. She also loves being a dog (Ollie) and cat (Roulette) mom, working in her yard, and being anywhere on/in/near the water. She values family, teamwork, and building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally.
