Karen Endsley joined the Full Circle team as the Growth and Engagement Coordinator in March 2026. With a dynamic blend of media savvy, community connection, and multicultural perspective, she supports the organization's marketing, communications, and client engagement initiatives, helping the team connect with clients and prospects through educational content, digital marketing, and community outreach.
An Emmy-nominated television producer and host based in Norfolk, Virginia, she is the face of two local shows, Cooking from the Heart and Destination Virginia, and co-hosts the Signal Award-winning podcast The Skeptic Metaphysicians alongside her husband. Bilingual in English and Spanish, a seasoned world traveler, and a proud mother, Karen brings a unique combination of creative storytelling, genuine community investment, and a passion for connecting people to everything she does.
