Chelsea Jennings
President & Founder, Full Circle Insurance Solutions
For nearly 15 years, Chelsea Jennings has helped Virginia businesses, individuals, and families navigate the often-confusing world of health insurance. Her experience spans group employee benefits, individual health insurance, Medicare, and supplemental coverage — giving her a broad understanding of how insurance needs change throughout life.
Chelsea likes to say shes "trilingual" in health insurance. She understands the different systems, the decisions people face within each one, and how to help clients navigate the transitions between them.
But what matters most to Chelsea isn't simply finding someone a policy. It's making sure they understand their coverage, feel confident in their decisions, and know they have someone to call when they need help.
Experience That Goes Beyond the Policy
Chelsea began her career in the corporate insurance world, developing a deep understanding of employee benefits and the challenges employers face when trying to provide meaningful coverage while managing costs.
Over the years, she's worked with businesses across a range of industries, helping employers evaluate plans, navigate compliance requirements, develop benefits strategies, and support employees through enrollment and coverage changes.
Her knowledge extends well beyond group benefits. Chelsea also helps individuals and families evaluate health insurance options, guides clients through Medicare decisions, and advises on supplemental protection such as dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
That breadth of experience matters because insurance needs rarely stay the same. A business owner may need help designing employee benefits while also making decisions about their family's coverage. Someone leaving a job may need to transition from employer-sponsored insurance to an individual plan. A longtime client may eventually need guidance enrolling in Medicare.
Chelsea understands how those pieces fit together — and helps clients prepare for what's next.
Why Chelsea Chose a Different Approach
Early in her career, Chelsea saw firsthand how impersonal the insurance industry could feel. In larger organizations, the focus was often on standardized processes and transactions rather than individual relationships.
She believed clients deserved something different.
After moving into the independent insurance world, Chelsea ultimately founded Full Circle Insurance Solutions in 2020 to build the kind of business she wanted to work for — and the kind of insurance experience she believed clients should have.
One where people are treated like people, not policy numbers. Where recommendations begin with listening, not selling. And where the relationship doesn't end once the paperwork is signed.
Today, that philosophy shapes how Chelsea works with every client. She takes the time to understand their priorities, explain their options, and help them make decisions that fit their needs and budget.
And when questions arise later — whether it's a confusing bill, a coverage change, or a claim that doesn't look right — she believes clients should have someone in their corner who will help them find answers.
For Chelsea, good insurance guidance isn't just about choosing the right coverage. It's about being there when that coverage matters.
