Nathalie Moss

As Full Circle’s lead Client Service Specialist, Nathalie oversees a variety of client requests. You’ll find her preparing client renewal analysis while working directly with the insurance carriers on enrollment and client updates. Nathalie is our “closer” in the office.

Nathalie's Story

Nathalie Moss is a Virginia Beach native. Growing up, Nathalie had a passion for dance and was a cheerleader in high school. She graduated from The College of William and Mary in 2011, with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Nathalie started her career in financial services in 2014 as an agent with Massachusetts Mutual. She became a registered representative in 2015. She then went on to take her Series 65, becoming a Registered Investment Advisor, in 2020. While with MassMutual, she had the opportunity to work local credit unions and found her love for helping individuals succeed not only financially but in their personal lives as well. She believes everything is connected, life is about balance, not sacrifice, but compromise. She enjoys empowering her clients with knowledge, which helps them make decisions about their financial lives, with confidence and direction.

In 2021, Nathalie joined Full Circle Financial Group as a Financial Advisor while also working a support role for Chris and Chelsea Jennings as a Client Service Specialist. This hybrid arrangement has turned out to be one of the best decisions for her and Full Circle. She gets to continue to work with individuals as a financial advisor while uncovering a love for the group benefits side of the business.

Nathalie stays busy outside of work through hobbies and family. She enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé Thomas, gardening, being a bonus mom to 6 children, and a mom to 2 cats (Casino and Roulette) and a dog (Ollivander). She loves to travel and being in nature - hiking, walking, and exploring. She calls herself a “water baby”, and summer is truly when she shines the brightest.

Nathalie is heavily involved in a local non-profit, Vanguard Landing. She helped draw up the original business plan for the organization in 2011 and has been advocating for this special organization ever since. Vanguard Landing is a local community being built in Virginia Beach for adults with neurodiversity to live, work and play. Nathalie has a love for the special needs community, as her older brother has Down Syndrome, so she is very familiar with the challenges these families face.

Nathalie has a way of connecting with people and nature and brings that distinct energy to the office every day. When interviewing with Full Circle, she quoted, “Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe”– true words we now live by in the office!
